Student Culture

The Center will expand the spirit of open inquiry by offering opportunities to learn from all sides of important issues.

Lunch Series

Students and faculty are welcome to join a regular lunch series on campus. Each week, the topic will be different: a discussion of a news event or a new article, a presentation by a guest followed by a discussion, a debate.

Major Events

Each semester, the Center will host an event for students and for the broader community. The events will include interviews, debates, and lectures with serious thinkers and leaders who will push our thinking.

Fellowship

Stay tuned for more information about a new fellowship opportunity for first-year students. We will be building cohorts of students who stand out for their academic excellence, civic engagement, and diversity of viewpoints and values. These students will come together to learn from each other and to learn from experts.

Workshop for Boston-area College Students

Each year, an elite group of graduating students from across the region will come together for a workshop focused on in-depth discussions on complex issues. This will be an educational event and a networking event for top students to meet leaders of industry and civil society.
